Contracts Manager

• Lead contractual and commercial management of new and ongoing construction contracts (pre-award to close-out).
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms, LOIs, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements.
• Administer contracts under FIDIC (Red/Yellow Book), including notices, claims, variations, and entitlements.
• Manage and respond to contractual correspondence (letters, notices, determinations, variation order instructions).
• Review, assess, and negotiate variations, EOTs, and claims with contractors and consultants.
• Oversee payment certifications, interim valuations, and final accounts.
• Supervise and mentor QS teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
