Cherry Professional are currently working with a market leading Civil Engineering and Building company. They are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their close knit and thriving team. This role will be critical in managing our housing and commercial projects, with our clients to ensure their successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

Ensure detailed project programmes are developed, maintained, and reported against. Where applicable, lead design management, buildability reviews, and provide technical support on design-and-build projects.
Oversee the administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle, including programme monitoring, document management, change control, and dispute resolution.
Ensure that contractors and suppliers adhere to the quality standards and specifications outlined in contracts, carrying out site support, inspections, and audits as required.
