Contracts Manager

Based at our Head Office in North Hykeham, Lindum BMS focuses on the Groups smaller new build and refurbishment contracts as well as planned and reactive maintenance works across the East Midlands. We have a variety of clients in sectors including affordable housing, food production, retail, education, blue light, commercial, industrial and healthcare. Due to continued success, Lindum BMS are looking to expand the team with a full-time Contracts Manager covering new build and refurbishment projects. Essential Criteria The role requires knowledge of all aspects of the construction process including setting out sites, programming, coordination of site labour as well as sound understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment. You must have experience as a Contracts Manager looking after both new build and refurbishment construction projects in multiple sectors, managing NHBC / LABC warranty requirements as well as experience working with JCT and NEC forms of contract.
