Contracts Manager

Job Summary:

• Maincon doing residential projects
• 5 days work week
• 5 mins from Expo MRT

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating agreements to monitoring compliance and performance
• Leading the tender process, including preparing tender documentation, evaluating bids, and negotiating contract terms
• Ensuring project deliverables are met by managing contractual obligations, risks, and disputes effectively
• Providing expert advice and support to project teams on contractual matters
• Collaborating with cross-functional departments to streamline contract management processes
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to maintain compliance

What we're looking for

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
