Job Purpose

The Contract Manager is responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of the project, ensuring full compliance with contract requirements while protecting the company's commercial interests. The role includes contract administration, claims, and variation management, and managing of quantity surveying functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the EPC Contract and Consortium Agreement • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and protect contractual rights • Draft, review, and issue contractual correspondence and notices • Monitor time bars, claims, delay notices, and dispute matters

• Lead preparation, evaluation, and negotiation of variations and change orders • Support delay analysis and manage cost and time claims • Monitor liquidated damages exposure and entitlement positions
