Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 per annum

The Role

An established design & build interior contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery, quality, and commercial performance across the portfolio.

Projects range from £500k to £20m, typically £1.5m‑£4.5m. The role will involve spending around three days per week on a major project, with the remaining time split between smaller sites or working remotely.
