Contracts Manager

Description

ICF is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a team of contract administrators in a growing and dynamic group with a broad client base in state, local and commercial contracts, with occasional federal contracts. The ideal candidate will have management experience, a great attitude, a keen eye for detail, be flexible, and willing to think “outside the box”.  He/she must be comfortable with 1) customer interaction, 2) working with geographically diverse internal/external customers and management, 3) have extensive experience independently leading the development of and responsibility for business/price proposals, 4) performing hands-on contract administration, and 5) managing a team of contracts administrators.
