CONTRACTS MANAGER

Job Description

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
• Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues
• Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards
• Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 10 years' construction experience in project/site management in construction industry
• Must have working experiences in site construction management.
• Completed relevant safety courses required by MOM
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
