Position Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager with experience in roofing and fa ade envelope packages to oversee all aspects of contract negotiation, management, and implementation. You will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality standard while adhering to company procedures and objectives. The role includes financial oversight of contracts, from cost management and valuations to invoicing and debtor queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new roofing and fa ade contracts profitably, ensuring compliance with specifications, health & safety, and quality standards.
• Plan contracts, including material orders, plant scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and labour management.
• Monitor on-site labour and material use to ensure timely delivery and maximise profit.
