Contracts & Procurement Analyst

Prixin Company Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts & Procurement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support procurement operations, contract management, and supplier performance to ensure cost-effective and compliant sourcing of goods and services.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in sourcing, evaluation and vendor selection



Draft, review and manage contracts



Monitor supplier performance and compliance



Support negotiations on pricing and terms



Maintain procurement records and reports



REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field



1–3 years’ experience in procurement, contracts or supply chain roles (preferred)



Strong analytical and negotiation skills



Good understanding of procurement processes and contract administration
