Contracts Renewal Administrator

Job Overview
Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is looking for a Contracts Renewal Administrator for the APAC region on a 6-month contract, based in Singapore or Malaysia. In this role, you will take ownership of order processing, contract renewals, upselling, and closing maintenance, SaaS, and license contracts for assigned accounts or regions, playing a key part in driving growth and strengthening customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Facilitate efficient and accurate processing of orders.
Manage all maintenance and renewal processes spanning maintenance renewals and related reporting, customer database management, generation of license keys and quick order processing.
Provide information to customers that they need to renew their software agreement without delay.
Renewal of contracts.
Keep accurate records for all Accounts within the Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division and CRM system.
Maintain contracts registered.
