Corporate Litigation and Contracting Department: Legal Post Qualification Experience: 4-5 years Responsibilities: Case Management: Handling internal department related and external client disputes or cases; Replying to legal notices; Thoroughly review, analyze, and categorize documents, understanding their significance in ongoing litigation; Managing litigation right from initial evaluation of the case, review and finalize court documents, co-ordinate with external counsels, law firm, witnesses and internal departments as required and administrative work related to case management.
