Responsibilities
Support the Aviation Finance team by managing multiple transactions and coordinating with clients, law firms, and local counsel. Draft, review, and manage corporate documents, conditions precedent, and transaction materials. Oversee legal searches, filings, and DocuSign processes to ensure smooth execution. Prepare concise reports and advisory notes while building strong transaction management skills.
Skills and Qualifications
