Contracts & System Analyst – APAC (Global Luxury Brand)

A global consumer brand group is seeking a Contracts & Systems Analyst to support its regional operations from Singapore. This new headcount will partner closely with the APAC legal team and HQ to strengthen contracting processes and ensure efficiency across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a super-user of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool (DocuSign) — oversee intake, workflows, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Improve contracting processes and maintain accuracy across the contract database.
• Draft, review, and negotiate standard agreements.
• Maintain templates, playbooks, and contracting guidelines, ensuring alignment with company standards.
