Contractual Compliance Analyst

Job Summary:

The Contractual Compliance Analyst (Analyst) is responsible for conducting in-depth investigations and enforcement actions related to the Registrar Accreditation Agreement, Registry Agreements and ICANN Consensus Policies.

This role demands specialized knowledge in the Domain Name System (DNS) and internet governance, combining understanding of technical operation of the DNS with the ability to interpret and apply complex policies and agreements unique to the DNS and ICANN. It also requires awareness of the impact of different laws, regulations, business models and other considerations on the various actors within the DNS ecosystem. The Analyst supports outreach and educational activities with various ICANN community members worldwide.
