Control EngineerYOUR ROLEThe Control Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving all automation and control systems used across production processes at the Mexico Plant.
The role ensures stable machine performance, robust error‐proofing, reliable data acquisition, and seamless integration of equipment into manufacturing and traceability systems.This position plays a key role in supporting industrialization, improving process capability, and ensuring compliance with IAS and automotive standards for safety, quality, and production efficiency.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, modify, and optimize PLC, HMI, and automation programs to ensure stable, repeatable, and efficient equipment performance.
This includes enhancing control logic to improve cycle times, OEE, process reliability, and compliance with safety and automotive standards.
