Job Description

Job responsibilities Control-M agent installation, configuration and troubleshooting. 
Control-M upgrade / migration from lower to higher version. 
Control-M integration with external applications/tools/DevOps /CI-CD/API 
Control-M integration with cloud (AWS/Azure) 
Control-M external plugin integrations such as SAP / Backup / Database. 
Control-M job scheduling and issue troubleshooting. 
JIRA / Confluence / ServiceNow / Adhere to KPI / SLA 
Hands on experience on Dockers, Containers, OCP, K8s 
Documentation and reports (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly) 
Troubleshooting of Control-M issues and hands on experience in fixing major incidents 
Job requirements Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field 
Minimum 3-5 years working experience on BMC Control-M
