Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operation of the accounting process for clients.
• Compile reports on work progress and production problems.
• Track material inventory, prepare new orders, monitor schedules, and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain contact with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate financial planning and budgeting, analyze and correct estimates, and finalize the process.
• Supervise the development and implementation of field work and oversee field workers.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff.
• Notify senior management of critical trends affecting performance.
