**Responsibilities**

1. Major Function - Operates, monitors and controls plant electric generating units and associated systems to ensure safe, efficient and continuous production of electricity. Under the direction and review of the Plant Mgr., Plant Supervisor and in conjunction with the System Dispatcher.
2. Typical Duties - Operate turbines, generators and all associated systems and auxiliary equipment from the control center board, either manually or by automatic control, for safe, controlled production of electrical energy.
