We're Hiring: Control Room Operator
We are currently looking for a PSIRA-registered Control Room Operator with experience in CCTV monitoring and Cargo Protection operations.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong situational awareness, and the ability to identify, interpret, and act on small indicators before they become major incidents.
Key responsibilities include:
• Continuous, real-time CCTV monitoring
• Cargo protection and asset tracking
• Accurate identification of anomalies, risks, and irregularities
• Detailed, precise incident reporting and escalation
• Strict adherence to SOPs, compliance, and client requirements
• Clear and professional communication with operational teams
Requirements:
• Valid PSIRA registration (non-negotiable)
• Proven control room / monitoring experience
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in observation and reporting
• Ability to work shifts and remain focused under pressure
