PURPOSE
The Control Room Operator is accountable for supervision, control and coordination of all plant processes during the shift to ensure a seamless production effort and the achievement of production goals.
MINIMUM ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12/Matric (or equivalent) with Maths, Physical Science and English.
Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within a hydrometallurgical processing plant environment,
Strong computer literacy with in-depth knowledge of SCADA systems.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of hydrometallurgical processes through Safe Operating Procedures assessments.
