Job Description

We are seeking a Control Room Supervisor to manage and oversee security operations, including screening procedures, incident handling, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or military environments, and the ability to remain composed while managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise control room and site screening operations.
• Monitor and manage screening equipment and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, certifications, and account-specific requirements.
• Handle incidents, safety matters, and coordinate with authorities, clients, and staff.
• Perform multiple tasks efficiently and work overtime as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Basic Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 2–3 years of experience
