Job Description

Our client provides essential R&D services to worldwide biopharmaceutical organizations. They require a Senior Director / VP Operations to join senior management, and to be responsible for the work of several hundred specialists - especially toxicology related.

Role And Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all operational areas and laboratories.
• Ensure GLP followed and SOPs in place.
• Guide and offer technical support to specialists at all levels.
• Literate re current publications on animal practices, drug development.
• Set clear goals and objectives, mentor, and perform annual staff evaluations.
