Produce Experience Inc., a fast-growing fresh produce company operating in the U.S. market, is looking for a Controller with strong experience in U.S.-based financial operations. This role is critical to ensuring financial accuracy, internal controls, cash flow stability, and operational alignment across accounting, inventory, production, logistics, and billing.
You will lead the finance team in Colombia and coordinate closely with U.S. operations, acting as a key financial partner to leadership in a business generating approximately USD 1M in monthly sales.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end accounting operations (AR, AP, reconciliations, month-end close) for U.S.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow, P&L, balance sheet, AR aging, and KPIs
Ensure accurate product costing, labor burden, and inventory valuation
Oversee billing, collections, disputes, credit reviews, and AR aging improvement
