Grande Prairie based client is seeking an experienced professional to oversee all financial functions—including accounting, payroll, AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting—while establishing financial policies, controls, and systems to ensure compliance. A key focus is driving automation and process improvements through technology, process mapping, and strengthened internal controls across operations. The role will report directly to the CFO.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

• Lead daily Finance operations and supervise accounting, reporting, and budgeting staff.
• Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and strong internal controls compliant with ASPE and CRA.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end processes, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and coordination with external accountants.
