Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Controller/Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple companies and 40+ entities. This role requires multi-entity accounting expertise, strong leadership, and exceptional organizational skills to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare quarterly financial statements for multiple entities in accordance with GAAP.
• Coordinate year-end tax preparation with external accountants.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain consistent accounting policies across all entities.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Review and approve accounting work for accuracy and completeness.
