Controller / Finance Lead (Real Estate)

Yoke Group is a growing real estate development and property management company based in Hamilton. We currently manage ~125 units and are scaling to ~200+ units within the next year.

We are moving from an entrepreneurial operation to a structured, systems-driven company and are looking for a strong finance lead to support that growth.

The Role

We are hiring a Controller / Finance Lead to take ownership of our financial operations.

This is a hands-on role focused on:

• cash flow management
• real estate and construction finance

This is not a passive reporting position — we are looking for someone who takes ownership and drives outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
• Managing mortgage renewals and lender relationships
• Overseeing construction draws and project funding
