Controller I

The Controller I is responsible for leading local financial management.
This role ensures accurate accounting records and compliance with financial standards in Mexico and Manitowoc Corporate.
The Controller I prepares reports, leads monthly and yearly closing, and attends audit requirements.
The position works closely with the regional Controller and local management to provide reliable financial information and maintain internal controls.
The Controller for Mexico shall monitor constantly the cash‐flow providing comments to variances and align cash necessities with regional finance and Corporate Treasury.
Responsibilities
Close Process: Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‐end close; ensure reports are accurate and on time.
Budget: Assist in annual budget and quarterly forecasts; help explain variances to department heads.
Accounting & Compliance: Ensure local, US GAAP, and tax compliance; maintain internal controls and company policies.
