We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and enhance systems for accurate reporting. You will lead the accounting team while driving process improvements and supporting strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage monthly financial closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Oversee compliance with audits, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements.

• Implement and enhance systems to improve financial reporting accuracy and adherence to accounting standards, including ASC 606.

• Conduct audits of inventory costing, including validations of bills of materials.

• Build and lead the accounting team, developing standardized procedures to streamline operations.
