Controller

Description
Our client is searching for a Controller to join their organization. This company is in the capital-intensive industry and is PE backed. This role is onsite in the NE Miami location. As the Controller you will be very involved with the daily accounting operations. This role will report directly into the PE Firm.


This role is meant for a hands-on Controller. You will lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting. You will also ensure compliance with GAAP and all relevant requirements. You will provide financial reports to the executives and discuss company's financial performance and strategies for improvement.


Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA required.

+ Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles.

+ Experience in capital-intensive industries preferred.
