Description We are looking for a Controller to join a growing international manufacturing organization in Muncie, Indiana. This role will oversee core accounting operations, support accurate and timely financial reporting, and help guide budgeting and close activities. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a well-controlled financial environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage general ledger activity, including reviewing journal entries and maintaining account accuracy.
• Perform and oversee account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and strengthening controls.
• Prepare financial statements and related reports in compliance with US GAAP and internal requirements.
