Reporting into the CEO, this Controller position will have the following responsibilities:

- Own full-cycle accounting (GL, AR, AP, payroll oversight, inventory, fixed assets) - Lead monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial statements - Maintain audit-ready documentation and controls - Prepare lender reporting packages and support covenant calculations - Strengthen standard costing discipline - Validate inventory valuation and cycle count processes - Improve cost of goods accuracy and margin reporting - Align ERP data with operational reality - Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts - Improve AR visibility and collections reporting - Monitor AP discipline and payment timing - Support borrowing base and working capital reporting requirements - Improve accounting workflows within ERP - Reduce manual adjustments and reconciliation inefficiencies - Ensur...
