In this critical position, the Controller will directly report to the CFO and influence CanDeal’s finance function's strategic direction. Your role includes total oversight of the accounting cycle, supervising a finance team, and fostering efficiencies through optimized systems. Additionally, you will help in risk assessment and implementing internal controls for effective reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full accounting cycle and general ledgers
• Supervise finance team activities including training
• Prepare financial statements per IFRS requirements
• Support the annual budgeting process
• Lead efforts to enhance accounting and reporting systems
Requirements:
