Kelly Services is hiring a **_Controller_** for our client, a growing organization with operations in Canada and the U.S. This role is ideal for a Cost Accountant/Controller who enjoys working closely with operations, owning the numbers, and contributing to stronger financial processes in a dynamic, growing environment. This is a highly hands-on role with visibility across the business and the opportunity to grow into a broader accounting leadership position over time.

What You’ll Do:


+ Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
+ Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports (ASPE / GAAP)
+ Perform detailed cost accounting, variance analysis, and margin analysis
+ Maintain and analyze inventory, standard costs, and cost allocations
+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and working capital analysis
