Our client, FMCG concern, Distillery, is looking for a HSE Controller to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key performance areas include (but are not limited to):

1. Manage security operations and access control, ensure effective control measures are in place.
2. Perform and assist with incident investigation and identification of root cause and corrective and preventative measures.
3. Implement, maintain and update effective Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment programme.
4. Liaise with Emergency Services.
5. Ensure compliance and manage the Integrated Safety, Health, Environmental, Risk and Quality ISO System.
6. Contribute towards HSE departmental goals and improvements to achieve best practices and standards.
7. Overseeing of the site‘s safety and environmental meetings and standards.
8. Responsible for contractor management and ensuring compliance.
