Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Controller/Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations across a complex multi-entity structure. This role will manage accounting functions for 3 operating companies and over 40 real estate entities, requiring the ability to seamlessly navigate between entities while maintaining accurate records and compliance for each.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, exceptional organizational abilities, experience with multi-entity accounting, and the leadership skills to supervise our accounting team.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Prepare accurate quarterly financial statements for 3 operating entities and over 40 real estate entities in accordance with GAAP
Coordinate and oversee year-end tax preparation with external accountants across all entities
