Controlling Analyst

The Controlling Analyst is responsible for managing end-to-end SG&A controlling processes for the assigned country or division. This includes preparing SG&A trends and Capex forecasts in the system, validating expenses, aligning with budget owners, and providing clear monthly performance analysis. The role assesses financial risks and opportunities, ensures compliance with internal controls, and supports continuous process improvements.

The Controlling Analyst reports directly to the Senior/Controlling Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare SG&A trend, forecasts, and Capex inputs in the financial systems.
• Analyze monthly actuals and deliver clear performance insights, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Track and validate SG&A expenses, including POs and T&E submissions.
• Develop annual budgets and trends for SG&A metrics across assigned business units/countries.
