The Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, programming, and commissioning control and automation systems. You will collaborate on standard systems as orders are received and take the lead on laboratory-level work such as prototyping and new technology vetting. Your role will involve troubleshooting, concept development with the production group, and working with various internal resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities

+ Program and troubleshoot automated equipment using Rockwell Automation, Codesys, or Exor JMobile software.

+ Develop control panel and control system schematics utilizing safety circuits, PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, robotics, automation networks, HMIs, all designed in AutoCAD Electrical software.

+ Create and maintain BOMs and engineering changes associated with projects and resolve job specification differences.
