Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop customized automation equipment including system design, electrical drawings, programming, and commissioning.
• Support manufacturing process scale‑up activities and production ramp.
• Support and maintain existing industrial automation equipment.
• Develop, troubleshoot and implement automation software for production equipment.
• Initiate continuous improvement plans for existing equipment.
• Setup and use equipment performance data to drive improvement projects.
• Support escalation activities and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Develop data collection structures and process controls.
• Effectively communicate and publish learning, experimental results, etc.

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years of work experience and a BS in engineering.
• Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment and complex automation projects.
