Controls Engineer

We are seeking a Controls Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands‐on experience in industrial automation to join our Engineering team.The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, programming, integration, commissioning, and continuous improvement of automated control systems across our manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and document industrial control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, and safety systems.Create and update electrical schematics, control panel layouts, I/O lists, and network architecture diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical or equivalent.Specify and select instrumentation, sensors, actuators, and control hardware in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.Develop control strategies and functional specifications in collaboration with Process and Mechanical Engineering.Program and configure Allen‐Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix) using Studio **** / RSLogix ****.
