Controls Engineering Supervisor

As a **Controls Supervisor** , you will be a key member of the **Advanced Technology Platform (ATP)** Organization within the **Automation and Controls Engineering (ACE)** division. In this role, you will leverage strong capabilities in industrial processing, controls, software, and IIoT systems to lead projects supporting manufacturing (PTME, VO & BME) using advanced technologies. You will be a technical leader who:

+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, IT, Global Vehicle Product Engineering (GVPE), Product Development, Robotics & Automation, and external suppliers.
+ Benchmarks advanced technologies and develop supplier partnerships to support Zero Faults Forward (ZFF) capabilities.
+ Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and rigorous knowledge documentation.
+ Interfaces directly with Manufacturing Operations to identify and solve technical challenges and opportunities.
