Controls Technical Lead / Senior Controls Engineer – Location: Remote (working EMEA hours). Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Job Type: Permanent. Travel: Minimal.

The Role: We are recruiting a Controls Technical Lead / Senior Controls Engineer to join a global engineering organisation delivering highly standardised, large-scale automation and controls solutions across EMEA. This is a permanent, remote role working EMEA hours, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to operate as a technical authority within controls, SCADA, and automation systems. The Controls Technical Lead will support the development, governance, and continuous improvement of control system standards, working closely with internal engineering teams and external delivery partners.
