Position Summary:


This position effectively manages and services groups of varying size for the successful execution of all details, to blow away the customer while also effectively adding to Mohegan Sun’s bottom line performance.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:


+ Responsible for planning, up-selling and detailing of events from pre to post convention

+ Coordinating customer expectations, goals & objectives which include: food & beverage, sleeping accommodations, transportation, audio visual, banquet room sets, entertainment, décor, billing, recreation and any special needs a group may require ...
