Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous Conventional Machinist to join our team.
This role focuses on the fabrication, modification, and repair of precision parts and tooling components using manual machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up and operate manual lathes, milling machines, and drill presses.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical sketches.
Precision Measurement: Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to ensure they meet exact tolerances.
Tooling & Maintenance: Select appropriate cutting tools and adjust speeds/feeds based on material properties.
