Converting Printing Team Leader

a Responsibilities:

• Reviews, monitors and provides action plan/s to ensure that set Quality Objectives for Printing Section is achieved
• Monitors daily production output & waste percentage and ensure both are within specified targets. Reviews target on a weekly basis in order to ensure that KPIs are within control and provide necessary corrective action if needed.
• Random line inspection in order to check conformance of output to specification, conformance of operators to SOPs and conformance to set machine parameters
• Checks roll to roll samples for printability and colors with designated ink type to match standard colors following formulas and LSD.
• Randomly Matches color using conventional color matching or thru the use of spectrophotometer
• Prepares, monitors and ensure adherence to Preventive Maintenance schedule
