Responsibilities

As a Conveyance Contract Administrator, you will work as an Owner’s representative in the field on various types of infrastructure and conveyance projects, leading other members of the site inspection and support team. You will coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders on a project, including client project manager, municipalities, design team, and third‑party regulatory bodies, municipal and federal agencies, testing agencies and laboratories, as well as contractors.
