Salary: R30,000ctc -R35,000ctc

A reputable and well-established law firm in the appointment of an experienced Conveyancer and Notary to join their property department.
This opportunity is suited to a technically strong and detail-oriented professional with solid exposure to both transfers and bonds, who is confident managing matters independently and delivering high-quality work within strict timelines.
Minimum requirements:

• Admitted Conveyancer and Notary
• Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience as a Conveyancer
• Approximately 5 years' overall experience within a conveyancing environment
• Strong experience in both property transfers and bond registrations dealing with 2 or more of the major Banks
• Ability to manage files independently from instruction through to registration
• Excellent knowledge of Deeds Office procedures and compliance requirements
