A well-established and growing law firm is expanding and opening a new office in Cape Town and is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to lead and grow the conveyancing department
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and independent professional who is confident in managing Transfers and contributing to the establishment of a new branch
Salary: R45 000 CTC based on experience
Minimum Requirements:

• Admitted Conveyancer
• Minimum 5+ years' post-admission experience
• Extensive experience handling Property Transfers from instruction to registration
• Ability to manage high volumes independently
• Strong knowledge of Deeds Office procedures and compliance
• Experience liaising with banks, estate agents, developers and clients
• Business development ability will be advantageous
