Conveyancing Specialist – New Build
Location: Wilmslow (Hybrid – 1 day WFH after induction)
Full Time Permanent
Salary: In the region of £40,000 + Bonus

The Role
Managing a full caseload of new build purchase transactions from instruction to post-completion. You must have strong new build experience and be confident working to tight exchange deadlines, handling lender compliance, and working closely with developers and agents.
