About the role

Tan & Yeo are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Conveyancing Clerk to join our dynamic team in our Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur office. As a Conveyancing Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative and legal support to our Conveyancing team, ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of residential and commercial property transactions.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing legal documents such as sales and purchase agreements, loan agreements, and other conveyancing-related documents
• Conducting land searches and other property-related research to support the conveyancing process
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties to coordinate the timely completion of property transactions
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all conveyancing matters
• Providing general administrative support to the Conveyancing team as required
